CareASSIST is a patient support program managed by Sanofi that specifically provides support for patients prescribed SARCLISA ESCENA or SARCLISA.
A Case Manager is a member of the CareASSIST team. When you enroll in the CareASSIST program, a dedicated Case Manager is assigned to you. They'll get to know you personally so they can provide the support that meets your specific needs. They can:
- Guide you through the insurance process, helping you to understand your options and find the coverage you need
- Discuss financial assistance programs to help pay for your SARCLISA ESCENA or SARCLISA treatment
- Share helpful resources that provide information on your condition and treatment
- Connect you to patient support networks and local organizations that can offer emotional, logistical, and health-related support
If you have commercial or private insurance, you could pay as little as $0* for out-of-pocket costs (copays, coinsurance, and insurance deductibles) for your SARCLISA ESCENA or SARCLISA medication through the CareASSIST Copay Program.
If you have government insurance, no insurance, or a gap in insurance coverage, you may qualify to receive your SARCLISA ESCENA or SARCLISA medication at no cost† through the CareASSIST Patient Assistance Program.
Your Case Manager can also assist you with searching for financial support through alternate funding programs if you need additional help covering your treatment costs.
*Important Notice: Subject to the program maximum per patient per calendar year. Prescription must be for an approved indication. Not valid for prescriptions covered by or submitted for reimbursement, in whole or in part, under Medicare, Medicaid, VA, DoD, TRICARE®, or similar federal or state programs including any state pharmaceutical assistance programs. Not valid where prohibited by law. This offer is nontransferable, limited to one per person, and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.
