A dedicated Case Manager will reach out within 1 to 2 business days to introduce themselves to you and your patient. They'll review your patient's specific needs. They will also: 

• Conduct a benefits investigation to assess your patient's treatment coverage, eligibility for financial assistance services, and if they qualify for additional support resources
• Continue to check in and partner with you to provide assistance throughout your patient's treatment

CareASSIST is a patient support program managed by Sanofi. It's designed to support patients prescribed SARCLISA ESCENA™ (isatuximab-irfc) or SARCLISA^® (isatuximab-irfc).

If you haven't administered SARCLISA ESCENA™ (isatuximab-irfc) with CirCLIQ, which can only be administered by a healthcare provider, speak with your Clinical Educator about onboarding and training, including how to talk with your patient about the device. You can reach out to your local Clinical Educator here.

If you've already administered SARCLISA ESCENA with CirCLIQ and still have questions, or want to troubleshoot an issue, your Clinical Educator is your go-to resource for ongoing support. There are SARCLISA ESCENA administration resources available here that may help, too.

Different types of financial assistance are available based on your patient's insurance. For more information, visit our financial support page or call one of our dedicated Case Managers at  1-833-WE+CARE (1-833-930-2273), Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM ET. Even if your patient doesn't qualify for financial support programs, our Case Managers can provide other resources and services to help meet their needs.
