CareASSIST offers financial assistance that may help your patients with the cost of their SARCLISA ESCENA™ (isatuximab-irfc) or SARCLISA® (isatuximab-irfc) medication. Our Case Managers can help you and your patients find out what programs they may qualify for.

Patients with commercial, private, employer, or marketplace insurance could pay as little as $0* in out-of-pocket costs for copays, coinsurance, and insurance deductibles through the CareASSIST Copay Program.
Patients with Medicare, Medicaid, or other government insurance may receive their medication at no cost† through the CareASSIST Patient Assistance Program if they:
- Are a resident of the United States or its territories or possessions and under the care of a licensed healthcare provider with a practice in the United States
- Have an annual household income that does not exceed the greater of $100,000 or 500% of the federal poverty level
Our Case Managers can also assist patients with searching for financial support through alternate funding sources.
Patients who do not have insurance or are experiencing a lapse or delay in coverage may be able to receive their medication at no cost† through the CareASSIST Patient Assistance Program if they:
- Are a resident of the United States or its territories or possessions and under the care of a licensed healthcare provider with a practice in the United States
- Have an annual household income that does not exceed the greater of $100,000 or 500% of the federal poverty level
Our Case Managers can also assist patients with searching for financial support through alternate funding sources. Additionally, they can explore insurance coverage options with your patient and help them apply, if eligible.
